Transportation

While you’re visiting Dallas, we want you to experience the fine bars, shops, and restaurants that support our community. And getting around Dallas couldn’t be easier. Just jump on a TBRU™ shuttle bus! Complimentary shuttle buses run a continuous loop from the hotel to the Dallas 'Gay-borhood' and our sponsoring bar venues. Service originates from Hyatt Front Drive, off the main lobby of the hotel. You must wear your run badge to ride the shuttles. Official stops include the Dallas Eagle, Hidden Door, Round-Up Saloon and Dance Hall, The Mining Company, Station 4, Rose Room, Jr's Bar and Grill, and Sue Ellen's. (Other venues added as appropriate). Check the Yapp schedule for daily start and end times.

Hotel Parking

The Hyatt Regency Dallas is a downtown hotel and there are parking fees. Remember we have TBRU™ shuttles that take you to all events and the gay-borhood each evening. There are many downtown and near downtown locations and eateries very close by.

Most attendees do not rent cars for TBRU™ weekend but if you do hotel guests receive a reduced Self-Parking fee of $15 per day with In & Out privileges. You use your room key with the automated attendant. Valet parking is also available for $29.00 per day as a TBRU™ attendee, based on availability. (discounted rates are offered by the hotel if you are a registered guest of the hotel).

Accessible parking, for those with appropriate credentials, is available at the hotel. Drive your vehicle to valet and the Valet service will place your car in accessible parking. The regular self-parking fee will apply.
